Wow, you've got more updates? Cool, I'll check these out after finals are over, nice to have some more Spritescape to look forward to.

It's funny, I enjoy reading the comic purely as a comic, but the reason I read it goes beyond that. There's something joyful on a purely nostalgic level about actually seeing this thing updated and reading new issues, regardless of their content. That, er, isn't intended to be as backhanded a compliment as it sounds like, but I think you get the idea.

All the best,
The guy formerly known as Matt V. 2.0

Hey, instead of pushing yourself to make a weekly update, why don't you scale back to a monthly update? That way you get an update on a somewhat regular basis, and if you update with more, you can either create a buffer or use them as incentives to get on a more weekly pattern. This way you don't feel like your pushing yourself, striving to get the update up and sacrificing the quality, as well as allow your readers to get into the habit of checking the site monthly, instead of checking weekly and being disappointed that you failed to meet your update promises. For me, I hadn't checked your site since August 2009, and was surprised and happy to see new updates recently. Sure I was upset I couldn't keep reading, but given your previous schedules and how much I both enjoy reading your comic/checking out your sprite work, I am willing to wait for the next update. Further, if you were take up this schedule now you would still be on schedule as you updated once in January, and once in February, meaning you would still have 20 days to produce an update. I am not asking for any specific dates here, just enough of a schedule to know when to check in.
Keep up the good work either way.

That one is a good question... Still it's nice to see some regular updates, and I really hope they won't stop in about two weeks...
