This weekly update schedule seems to be working out fine for now. Granted, it’s only been two weeks, but the pace seems comfortable enough so far; neither too fast nor too slow. It gives me enough time to work on comics in advance, which is helpful considering my busy schedule nowadays. Consistency remains the key concept here.

And it’s back!

“What? What’s going on here? I don’t remember anything!”, you might say. Honestly, I don’t blame you. Not only is the last official comic dated over 10 months prior, but the last time we saw our ragtag party of adventurers was almost a year and a half ago, in Episode 53: Lest We Drift Apart. This update picks up directly where the aforementioned comic left off. You may find a quick skim through the archives to be helpful, but that’s entirely up to you.

My plan at the moment is to update on a weekly basis, once every Saturday. This may change for the better in the future, but I’ve made some pretty bold promises in the past that I utterly failed to live up to, something I’d like very much to avoid this time around. So there you have it. Remember to check back weekly for your dosage of comicky goodness.

There’s still quite a number of things I need to add, but for the most part, what you see is the core of the new Spritescape website. Few things I want to note; the news and comics are integrated directly into the site, so it should be easier for you to navigate the comics and comment on them. It also saves me a lot of headache not having to muck around with php files and manually edit the code, so this should hopefully benefit everyone. Plus, it’s got a sleek new look.

I stated in a previous newspost that I was taking an extended hiatus to build up a reliable buffer of comics. You’ll be happy to know that I’ve been making good progress and that you won’t have to wait much longer. I want to be absolutely certain this time that I’ll be able to update in a consistent fashion. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
